Your website
Is the demo really free?
Yes. We design it, you look at it on your phone, and if it isn't for you, that's the end of it. No card, no catch.
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at $1,000. No two businesses need the same thing, so you get a rough price within 1 business day, then one real price once you've answered our questionnaire, before you pay anything.
How do I pay?
30% to start, the rest when you approve the finished site, before it goes live. Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax that applies.
What if I don't like the full site?
Your first payment is refundable in full until we hand you the first working draft. After that, two rounds of changes are included.
Do you write the words?
Yes. We write the words for every page from your answers to our questionnaire, and you approve them.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, what you sell, and how customers should reach you. Photos of your work help a lot. We'll ask for the rest as we go.
Do I have to be near Boise?
No. We're based in Boise, Idaho, and work with businesses anywhere. Around Boise we can also meet you in person.
Monthly plans
What does a monthly plan cover?
Every plan covers hosting, updates, backups and 1 hour of changes a month. The Google plans add your Google Business Profile kept up every month, a check on whether AI tools name you, and a monthly report. Monthly care
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. Cancel by email, with no forms and no exit fee.
Do I get to keep my site?
After 6 months on a plan, cancel and the site is yours to keep, free. Between month 3 and month 6 you can still keep it: you pay half of the plan fees left until month 6.
What if something breaks?
If something we built breaks, we fix it free for as long as you're on a monthly plan. Without a plan, for 30 days after launch.
Google and AI search
Can you guarantee the top spot on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google's own guide says: "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google." We set your site and your profile up the way Google asks, and the Google plans keep working on them every month.
How long until I show up higher?
Nobody can give you a date. Google says some changes take effect within hours and others can take several months, so we report every month and judge the work over months, not days.
Can you get me recommended by ChatGPT?
Nobody can promise that. AI tools answer from listings, reviews and the web, so on the Google plans we make sure your Google, Yelp, Bing and Apple listings are complete, and we check every month whether ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Copilot name you. How AI search works
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You do. Following Google's policy for agencies, you are the owner and we are a manager, and you can remove our access at any time.
Will you buy or write reviews for me?
Never. Google bans paying or rewarding people for reviews, and a US Federal Trade Commission rule in force since October 2024 makes fake reviews illegal. We help you ask real customers for honest ones.
Who pays for Google Ads?
You pay Google for the ads directly, from your own account, so there is no markup. We charge a flat monthly fee to set them up and run them.

What happens to what I type in the quote form?
We use it to talk with you about your site. It's stored in our database and emailed to our inbox. We never sell it and never add you to a mailing list. Privacy
Do you track me on this site?
No. We don't use analytics cookies, ad pixels or tracking scripts.
Can I have my information deleted?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we delete it.
