Terms
The rules for this website, and our project terms in plain words. When we work together, your signed agreement is what counts.
Who we are
Lusk Designs is a business of TruOutcome LLC. Reach us at [email protected].
The samples are made up
Mossback Burgers, Low Ceiling Coffee, Halvorsen Auto Repair and Kerf Remodeling don't exist. We invented them to show our work. Any likeness to a real business is a coincidence.
Prices on this site
The prices here are ranges to help you plan, not an offer. Your price is the one in your written agreement, plus any sales tax that applies.
Our project terms, in plain words
- The top screen of your homepage is free. If you don't want to go further, you owe nothing.
- To start the full site, you pay 30%. It's refundable in full until we hand you the first working draft.
- Two rounds of changes are included.
- You pay the rest when you approve the finished site, before it goes live.
- We fix anything that breaks in the first 30 days after launch at no charge.
- Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. Cancel by email.
- After 6 months on a plan, you can cancel and keep the site free. If you cancel between month 3 and month 6 and want to keep it, you pay half of the plan fees left until month 6.
- We don't guarantee search rankings. No one honestly can.
Using this site
The words, designs and photos on this site belong to us, except the screenshot of My Treasure Valley Handyman's site, which belongs to that business. Please don't copy them without asking.
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free.
